Job Overview

American Leadership Academy Inc is seeking a skilled School Operations Coordinator to provide part-time support to our educational team.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in school administration, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with staff members, students, and parents to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS, PARENTS, AND TEACHERS TO PROMOTE A POSITIVE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT.
  • Support the admission process, manage student enrollment, attendance, and disciplinary records.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, community members, and school partners regarding school activities and educational opportunities.
Requirements
  • College graduate preferred
  • Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or school administration required; knowledge of K-12 subjects beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office365, Teams, Student Information System, and Learning Management System.
Estimated Salary Range: $25-$30 per hourBenefits
  • Average 15-25 hours per week approximately
