**Job Summary**

The Customer Service Representative is an entry-level position at Alpine Bank of Colorado, focused on delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves receiving and processing customer transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to customers through various software applications.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, using available training programs and measurement tools to ensure high-quality service.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, utilizing tools and training programs to exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer, resolve errors and discrepancies, and buy/sell currency from the vault as necessary.
  • Understand and apply banking compliance regulations, and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, following all bank policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Customer service-oriented individual with basic mathematical and cash handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic keyboard navigation ability and understanding of banking compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including Outlook and Word) is preferred.

**Working Conditions**

This role operates in a clerical office setting, with prolonged periods of standing and occasional evening and weekend hours. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have good eyesight and hand/finger dexterity.
