Job Description: L3Harris Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Document Management (DM) analyst to support Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) technical editing activities on the Maintenance of Space Situational Awareness Integrated Capabilities (MOSSAIC) program.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high-quality program documentation by performing technical editing to ensure deliverable template compliance, including specifications, software baseline documents, briefings, minutes, and other documents utilizing all Microsoft Office Applications.

Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and free of errors.

Ensure consistency in tense and format of products.

Identify and correct usage errors of certain terms and edit for capitalization, spelling, typographical errors, grammatical errors, inconsistency in significant figures, and corrections to indexes, headings, and citations.

Create locked down working templates for Engineers and Program Managers utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.

Coordinate with document authors or project managers to ensure scheduled due dates are met and special handling requirements are understood to ensure on-time quality delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to work independently under only general direction; have a high degree of attention to detail and be trusted to enable on-time quality delivery of all required deliverable documents for multiple projects in a dynamic work environment.

Knowledge and experience with SharePoint are preferred.

Ability to learn SW tools and develop expertise.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate flexibility in daily work.
