Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visually appealing store displays and fixtures that showcase our products and create an engaging shopping experience for customers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of visual merchandising associates to achieve sales goals and maintain company standards.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual presentation standards, and operational efficiencies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by utilizing the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and ensuring a unique shopping experience for every customer.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail, preferably in visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong visual merchandising skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Education: College degree preferred.
