Job Description

As a Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and increasing visibility of our iconic brands in retail stores. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and improve the merchandising standards of our products on store shelves, ensuring that our customers have access to a wide range of delicious snacks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock and maintain store shelves with our products, ensuring that they are well-represented and easily accessible to customers.
  • Implement and maintain in-store displays, promotional materials, and point-of-sale displays to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store employees and sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products and ensure that our merchandising standards are met.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor and improve merchandising standards, capture images of displays, and ensure that our products are well-represented.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to optimize sales and merchandising strategies, and communicate any issues or concerns to our management team.
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Have a positive and professional attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Be able to lift and move products up to 25 pounds, and occasionally push and pull over 50 pounds.
  • Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Boca Raton, FL.
