Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team at Accountants One, a leading Accounting and Finance Recruiting and Staffing Firm.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong Microsoft Office Skills including Excel, and Deltek Ajera experience is a plus.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Full cycle Accounts Receivable, including project billing, client statements, cash application, and business-to-business collection.
  • General accounting, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • C-coordinate with outside CPA for planning and tax preparation.
  • Assist Project Managers with system setup, forecasting, budgeting, and expenses.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Deltek Ajera experience is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel.
  • Friendly, team player attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
