Job Summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the development of technical solutions for our National Intelligence Business Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative, competitively priced proposals that secure victories. You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams to identify, tailor, and integrate technical capabilities to address customer requirements and position SAIC for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive technical solutions, including approaches, graphics, and roadmaps, that differentiate SAIC's capabilities from the customer problem set
  • Leverage domain expertise to develop a complete and highest-rated technical solution and price-competitive proposal
  • Support capture with customer meetings by presenting SAIC's capabilities, services, and solutions
  • Provide overall integration technical guidance and leadership for delivery of projects to ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements
  • Define and deliver architecture deliverables, including diagrams and integration standards
  • Conduct requirements and solution concept workshops for enterprise-scale implementations

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Architecture
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Experience working within the Intelligence Community in a technical position, either as an employee or as a contractor
  • Experience winning large, complex government Engineering, IT, or Mission Support programs
  • Extensive experience as the lead technical architect on large ($50M) government procurements, either responding to or evaluating
  • Understanding of technology methodologies, best practices, delivery models, or frameworks relevant to individual domain area expertise
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills; experience transitioning solutions into written or oral proposals
  • Understanding of costs, schedule, and level of effort associated with delivering a solution
  • While remote work is possible, the candidate must be in the Chantilly office or at customer meetings as required

Desired:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Architecture
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NLP, AI/ML, Data Migration, Cyber Security, and/or Application Development
  • Experience with Agile Project Management, DevSecOps, ETL, Cloud platforms
  • Certifications in any of the following: AWS, ITIL, MCSE, CISSP, PMP
