- Support customers with their health and wellness needs, including medication management and personal care.
- Collaborate with the residential team to ensure seamless support services and address any customer concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to pass a background check, including a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and drug screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
