Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers in their daily lives, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping, to ensure customers' physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Transport customers to appointments, social events, and other activities, promoting socialization and community engagement.
  • Support customers with their health and wellness needs, including medication management and personal care.
  • Collaborate with the residential team to ensure seamless support services and address any customer concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to pass a background check, including a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and drug screening.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
