Position Overview
The Senior Operations Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and personnel at locations managing a fleet of approximately 288 truck units. You will lead a team that includes Operations Supervisors, Technicians-In-Charge, Customer Service Coordinators, and other support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Supervise work analysis, vehicle planning, and scheduling. Ensure effective allocation of resources and maintain productivity standards.
- Labor Management: Provide leadership and development for the management team. Oversee performance management and ensure the successful execution of training plans.
- Customer Management: Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Optimize vehicle maintenance cycles to meet customer expectations.
- Financial Management: Develop budget forecasts and implement cost control measures to achieve financial goals.
- Asset Management: Direct the maintenance and appearance of assigned locations, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Quality Management: Develop corrective actions for operational quality issues and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred. A minimum of four years of experience in an operations environment and three years of supervisory experience is essential. Candidates should have a strong understanding of labor, financial, and operational processes.
