  • Make-Ready and Turnover: Supervise and inspect make-ready units and turnover process in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor maintenance operating procedures and performance standards to ensure compliance.
  • Emergency Response: Coordinate and respond to after-hours emergency responses.
Requirements:
  • HVAC Certification: Required
  • Experience: Working at an apartment community in the maintenance field
  • Dependability and Reliability: Demonstrated dependability and reliability in following through with responsibilities
  • Driver's License and Insurance: Maintain a valid state driver's license and current insurance
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate dedication to exceeding customer needs and building relationships
  • Self-Motivation and Organization: Demonstrate thoroughness, self-motivation, and organization when accomplishing tasks
  • Safety Procedures: Adhere to the dress code as established by management, use protective equipment when necessary, and follow safety procedures
  • Availability: Must be available for snow removal if applicable at location
