This part-time position offers an estimated salary range of $18-$20 per hour for approximately 15 hours of work per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Retail Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales and marketing service solutions to our clients. Your duties may include:

  • Maintaining call frequency and ensuring proper shelf placement for authorized items
  • Filling store shelves with back-stock when opportunities arise
  • Securing display activity and building displays as needed
  • Scanning stores for missing items using hand-held devices and obtaining missing distribution
  • Conducting inventory checks and writing orders for VON-related items
  • Meeting with each store manager as scheduled by the Area Manager

You will also be responsible for managing facings, resets, communicating auto-replenish issues, pricing, coupons, and POG compliance, including checking code dates and proper rotation, writing up or returning out-of-date items according to manufacturer policies, and timely communication with the Area Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You must also be able to lift up to 100 lbs., build and move racks, and install displays with cases weighing up to 40 pounds.
