GPAC is seeking a highly skilled Dental Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for creating dental treatment plans and coordinating oral health care during patient consultations.
The ideal candidate will have a DDS or DMD degree and previous experience in the field. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a minimum daily guarantee, full control over treatment plans, and a full benefits package.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating dental treatment plans and coordinating oral health care during patient consultations
- Repairing decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extracting teeth, and restoring edentulous areas
- Adhering to all federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules and regulations
- Exhibiting positive, responsible, and professional leadership at all times, helping to create a great work environment for the clinic team
- Providing Clinic Coordinator and Clinic Manager with any support they may need in communicating requirements to the clinic team, including mentoring and training team members in order to ensure exceptional patient care
Qualifications include:
- DDS or DMD degree
- Previous experience preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon to be college graduates
- License (pending or active) issued by the State Board of Dental Examiners
Applicants pending the completion of education or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
