**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We strive to offer fair compensation that reflects the value of your skills and expertise while promoting pay equity within our organization.
Job Description\
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Program Manager to support our Organizing, Political, and Civic Engagement Departments. This role will serve as a vital connection between these departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration towards achieving our goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, managing schedules, handling detailed project management, and ensuring the success of our programs and events.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of administrative experience, proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets, and excellent time management skills. You should be able to work independently in a remote setting and effectively communicate with critical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:\
- Provide administrative support to the Organizing, Political, and Civic Engagement Departments
- Manage schedules, handle detailed project management, and ensure program success
- Ensure streamlined communication between departments, facilitating aligned goals and objectives
- Assist with planning and executing internal and external meetings, events, and special projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:\
- At least 3 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Ability to effectively communicate with critical stakeholders and team members
