Job Title: Center Coordinator

Choices Pregnancy Centers of Greater Phoenix is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Center Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community health center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulate the daily flow of client activity by working with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients, volunteers, and staff.
  • Review the appointment scheduler regularly to ensure adequate staff and volunteer coverage for each day.
  • Inventory and order center supplies and client materials.
  • Oversee volunteer schedules and ensure accurate recording of hours.
  • Communicate with medical personnel regarding appointment changes or additions.
  • Assist in training new staff and volunteers.
  • Promote and inspire life, working with abortion-vulnerable women to discuss life-giving options.
  • Proficiency in using Google Business Products and other office management tools.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework or associate degree is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is desirable; experience working with multicultural and diverse communities is helpful.
  • Some evening and weekend hours may be required.
