The Fulfillment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unpack and inspect goods received against purchase orders or invoices.

• Prepare and assemble kits for customer fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Conduct final quality control and shipping of all shipments, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Inspect stock and distribute materials in inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal waste.

• Perform warehouse/inventory control processes, including auditing, cycle counting, and physical inventory, to maintain accurate records and optimize inventory levels.

• Perform inventory transactions systematically in a timely and accurate manner, including material return to stock.

• The role may also involve secondary responsibilities for data entry and exception/expedite handling.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Previous work experience in a mailroom, packaging center, or assembly line is preferred.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a positive attitude and maintain high productivity/quality standards.

• Team player with high attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Willing and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Experience using office equipment, including a computer, copier, scanner, printer, etc.

• Ability to navigate through internet-based system screens.
