  • Hardware Installation and Configuration: Install and configure software and drivers on Microsoft Windows and Mac OSX workstations and laptops.
  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare technological equipment for deployment.
  • System Upgrades: Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair computer systems, including installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage technology inventory and update inventory systems to reflect the current system status.

**Requirements:

  • Technical Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
  • Security Awareness: Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
  • Communication Skills: Very good communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizing and time-management skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) will be an advantage.
  • Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $62,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
