About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities for both product and non-product procurement at our Carlsbad location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal customers to forecast needs and develop supply chain strategies to support key projects.
  • Manage key suppliers to ensure they are compliant with company policies and provide goods and services on schedule and within budget.
  • Project manage critical suppliers and deliverables to support our digital transformation projects.
  • Participate in supplier negotiations and measure key performance indicators to ensure continued progress toward achieving annual goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes, including collaboration with key stakeholders and adoption of new tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, business, or other related field and 8 years of experience in supply chain, operations, digital technologies, or other related field; OR an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supply chain experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP systems and of U.S. government procurement policies.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $221,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
