Position Overview
We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Strategic Growth Consultant. In this role, you will identify and cultivate new business prospects while establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue and profit growth for AV3.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic insights and support for the development and execution of business opportunity plans, schedules, win strategies, and budgets.
- Conduct thorough planning, research, and analysis of the organization's long-term objectives and business development initiatives.
- Deliver company capability presentations and represent AV3 at industry conferences, seminars, and expos.
- Develop comprehensive customer profiles to understand their needs, challenges, and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement growth strategies that align with company revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the market.
- Research customer requirements and devise strategies to meet them effectively.
- Foster and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients and partners.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and overall growth strategies.
- Analyze RFP, RFI, and RFQ requirements in detail.
- Support the proposal process as needed, including drafting and outlining proposal components.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures as established by management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DoD Business Development.

Additional Skills
- Proven experience in federal government contracting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
