Clinical Consultant for Women's Services

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Consultant to lead our Women's Services team. As an Interim Women's Services Clinical Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple units and approximately 70+ FTEs. This role requires a strong leader who can drive cultural assessments, strategic planning, and staff engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will identify educational needs and lead all education initiatives throughout the department.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree required
- Active compact RN license required
Compensation range: $170,000 to $180,000 annually. Final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations. Comprehensive benefits package may be available, including health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
