Job Overview

At Addiction Recovery Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clients in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and monitoring of clients
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Manage medication administration and train staff on proper dispensing procedures
  • Ensure adherence to universal precautions and maintain a safe environment for clients
  • Facilitate health education groups and provide general health education to clients
  • Monitor clients for clinical signs and symptoms and implement prescribed treatment plans
  • Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional relationships with clients and staff

Requirements:

  • Active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kentucky
  • 2 or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
  • Substance abuse experience preferred
