Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize day-to-day operations within the E-Commerce business
  • Build and maintain templates for driving cross-functional coordination
  • Partner with the VP, E-Commerce to disseminate channel goals and ensure E-Commerce projects have visibility and milestones that align to these goals
  • Build and maintain the E-Commerce team roadmap, receiving inputs from Site Experience, Site Merchandising, Acquisition Marketing, Retention Marketing, Analytics, and Media teams
  • Manage all major milestones within the team's calendar, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
  • Represent E-Commerce in cross-functional GTM meetings with other department Operations leads, ensuring needs and expectations are integrated into overall GTM milestones
  • Support product launches through managing milestones and deliverables within the team and cross-functionally
  • Track and monitor market trends that are impacting E-Commerce performance
  • Build and compile reporting for major e-commerce initiatives that span across the team
  • Maintain documentation for projects, processes, and any needs of our partners in the business
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management role, majority of which in E-Commerce Operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify preferred
  • Comfortable with GA4 and site analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills to help pull through key insights within the channel
  • Retail experience, preferably in Apparel
  • Extremely collaborative team member
  • Passion for learning, improving, and building processes
  • Experience within project management tools, Asana preferred

The salary range for this role is $140,000 per year - $150,000 per year. Vuori, Inc is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
