Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisory Investigator to join our team at the Department of Energy. As a key member of our Counterintelligence Division, you will play a critical role in protecting the Department's national security interests from foreign intelligence threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective counterintelligence strategies to mitigate risks and protect Departmental assets.
  • Lead a team of investigators in conducting complex investigations and gathering intelligence on foreign intelligence threats.
  • Collaborate with other government agencies and international partners to share intelligence and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership on counterintelligence matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including foreign governments and international organizations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in counterintelligence or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in conducting complex investigations and gathering intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong understanding of national security issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
