Key Responsibilities:


In this role, you will be tasked with surveying, installing, and commissioning in-building systems for various Wireless Service Providers (WSPs) and enterprise clients.

You are committed to excellence and ready to tackle challenges head-on.

Additionally, your duties will include:
Conducting Structural Site Surveys at client locations and providing detailed reports to the Engineering Team.

Assisting with RF Benchmarking and troubleshooting Test Kits for optimal setup.

Facilitating and executing DAS Commissioning and Integration tasks across multiple WSPs.

Reporting daily to Management in your designated market (CM/PM/Ops Manager).

Receiving assignments and deploying to cell site locations for the installation of cellular, small cell, Wi-Fi, and DAS equipment.

Executing installations of all Indoor Small Cell Products.

Installing all OEM Radio Equipment from various manufacturers.

Installing and testing all DAS OEM Manufacturer Equipment.

Connectorizing and testing coaxial and CAT 6 ethernet cables.

Installing and commissioning DC power systems.


You will also be responsible for picking up cellular, DAS, Wi-Fi, and small cell equipment from designated locations, ensuring proper care, scanning, and reporting on equipment status.


Qualifications:

You possess prior field experience in a technical capacity, particularly in mobility DAS, Wi-Fi, and small cell networks.

You are knowledgeable in various cabling types (RF, Electrical, DC Power, CAT5/6, T1 Copper, Fiber).

Military veterans with technical experience and honorable discharge are encouraged to apply.

You hold a Technical School or Associate's Degree in Engineering or Electronics; a High School Diploma with relevant experience is also acceptable.

You have BISCI Credits and possess relevant certifications from Nokia/Ericsson and DAS Manufacturers (CommScope, JMA, ADRF, SOLID).

You are certified in Small Cell technologies (ALU 9962, Ericsson DOT, Spidercloud).

You can represent the company with professionalism and integrity.


You are available to work during maintenance windows (midnight to 6 am) or during the day as required by project scope, and you adhere reliably to schedules.


You are willing to travel throughout the United States.

You are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions year-round.

You can utilize technical skills to work independently and collaboratively, executing responsibilities and solving problems effectively.

You are proficient in using and maintaining company vehicles and testing equipment.

You can lift 50 lbs and climb a 12 ft ladder.

You are proficient in computer applications and MS Office.

You possess a valid driver's license.

You are OSHA 10/30 certified and have scissor lift certification.

You are trained in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
