Job Overview

Downeast is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Clothing Sales Lead at our Millcreek Home and Clothing location in Utah. This position reports directly to the Clothing Sales Manager and is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Manage cash handling and cash drawer operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Hang and straighten clothing racks to maintain a visually appealing store display
  • Place new items on the sales floor to ensure a fresh and exciting shopping experience for customers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure store environment that meets company standards
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and strategies
Working Conditions
  • Ability to spend entire shift on feet
  • Must be able to lift 30+ pounds
