Bridgeline Staffing is a leading provider of exceptional professionals in the field of psychology. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled School/Clinical Psychologist to work with a reputable educational institution in Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

As a School/Clinical Psychologist with Bridgeline Staffing, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive psychological services to students, including assessments, intervention plans, and counseling. This position offers both full-time and part-time options to accommodate your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, needs, and learning disabilities.
  • Develop Intervention Plans: Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
  • Provide Counseling and Therapy: Offer counseling and therapy to students, addressing various social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
  • Support Student Progress: Monitor students' progress and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, administrators, and other related service providers.
  • Attend IEP Meetings: Attend IEP meetings, contribute to the development of behavioral intervention plans, and provide recommendations for appropriate educational placements.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree: Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
  • State Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Psychologist in Massachusetts.
  • Experience: Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting.
  • Knowledge of Special Education Laws: Knowledge of special education laws and regulations, including IDEA and Section 504.
  • Assessment and Evaluation Skills: Strong assessment and evaluation skills, including experience with cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
