Job Summary:

The Client Services Representative II plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by providing top-notch support to clients, physicians, and colleagues. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow client services department policies and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, physicians, and colleagues to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, physicians, and colleagues to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Handle difficult calls professionally and tactfully, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Contribute to a positive work climate and team effort by providing support and guidance to colleagues.
  • Prepare and maintain training documents for new employees and current employees.
  • Assist the Client Service Lead/Client Services Manager in monitoring workflow, productivity, and work quality.
  • Abide by all regulatory, company, and departmental regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

Education & Licensure:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Medical secretarial or computer training is preferred.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of client services, medical laboratory, or similar experience is required.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills are essential.
  • Detailed-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is required.
  • Knowledge of insurance for clinical laboratory billing of lab tests is preferred.
