Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Canteen, a leading provider of food and beverage services to companies. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our hotel and conference center services to individuals, groups, and companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically sell hotel rooms, conference center space, and related services to clients
  • Achieve/exceed annual budgeted sales goals through direct sales solicitation and account management
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure timely responses to inquiries and complete customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their meeting and conference needs and provide tailored solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of hotel or conference center sales experience
  • Superior quantitative, oral, and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business
  • Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
