Nurse Resident Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nurse Resident to join our prestigious 12-month program. This program is designed to help new graduate registered nurses transition confidently into practice following graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Program Highlights- Be hired in a wide range of clinical practice areas, including inpatient, emergency department, and surgical services.
- Experience an orientation designed specifically for new-to-practice nurses, including mentoring by preceptors and clinical nurse specialists.
- Participate in monthly nurse resident classes with your cohort, meeting with clinical experts and problem-solving clinical challenges.
To be eligible for this program, you must have a minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN or BAN), or Master Degree in Nursing (MSN) completed within the previous 12 months. A Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin and Basic Life Support/CPR certification are also required.
