At St. Luke's Health System, we are seeking a dedicated Patient Support Specialist to join our team in Twin Falls, Idaho.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychoeducation, stress management tools, trauma and grief therapy, treatment for Anxiety and Depression, adjustment issues, suicide risk assessment/intervention, caregiver stress
  • Assist in education on resources: transportation, housekeeping, long-term planning, meals
  • Benefits: SSD, STD, LTD

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree
  • Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Idaho

We offer a competitive salary of $$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) retirement plan.
