About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Inpatient Physical Therapy Specialist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System in Twin Falls, Idaho.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a diverse caseload of patients, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient-centered care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing physical therapy services to patients in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. This will involve developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments and evaluations, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

In addition to clinical expertise, we value candidates who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

This is a full-time position, working four 10-hour shifts per week, with weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in our inpatient rehabilitation setting
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track patient progress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
