Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or training is a plus.
  • Experience in retail, cash handling, and Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Subject to background checks as per state regulations.
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • A strong desire to succeed and a matching work ethic.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Physical Requirements:

This position may require prolonged periods of standing or sitting, along with some bending and stretching. Candidates should possess sufficient eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate cash registers and other office equipment. The role may involve lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
