Job Title: Sales Cloud Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Cloud Manager to join our team at Bosch Group. As a Sales Cloud Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective cloud sales strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cloud sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs and training.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of public cloud services and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Experience working in a large matrixed sales organization, with a strong understanding of sales enablement and training.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong understanding of cloud transformation programs.
  • Experience building collaborative partnerships with companies and selling services on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Travel:
  • Ability to travel up to 33% of the time, including internationally.
