We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Investment Associate to join our team. As a key member of our investment management group, you will be responsible for partnering with Asset Managers to optimize asset performance and value.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute property-specific strategies to drive asset performance and value.
- Analyze major leasing decisions and their impact on asset value.
- Perform feasibility studies and evaluate property-level performance against industry benchmarks.
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual property reports and budgets.
- Collaborate with third-party property management and leasing personnel, as well as insurance and real estate tax consultants.
- Four-year undergraduate degree in Business or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial and/or multi-family real estate industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret commercial lease agreements and financial terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with all levels of management and personnel.
