We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Account Specialist to join our team at Shutterfly. As an Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring seamless execution of photographic events.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with schools, photography leaders, and sales partners to schedule picture days and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in databases, calendars, and filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding job completion and provide timely updates.
- Manage account touch points using Salesforce and other internal tools, including phone and email interactions.
- Work with clients to confirm and update important picture day information in our databases.
- Conduct follow-up customer service calls after picture day and provide feedback to improve future events.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Competitive hourly rate of $23.37.
- Eligibility for bonus incentives, health benefits, 401K program, and other employee perks.
