About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Account Specialist to join our team at Shutterfly. As an Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring seamless execution of photographic events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with schools, photography leaders, and sales partners to schedule picture days and allocate resources effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in databases, calendars, and filing systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding job completion and provide timely updates.
  • Manage account touch points using Salesforce and other internal tools, including phone and email interactions.
  • Work with clients to confirm and update important picture day information in our databases.
  • Conduct follow-up customer service calls after picture day and provide feedback to improve future events.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
