Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Manager at UpdatePromise will be responsible for overseeing the company's HR functions, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Develop and conduct training and development programs for employees, including orientation, onboarding, and professional development
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Manage the annual performance review process, ensuring timely completion of reviews and follow-up on any identified issues
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention, such as employee recognition and reward programs, and employee surveys
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar sized company
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
