RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engages with customers in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maximizes sales opportunities by following established customer service protocols.
  • Builds a loyal customer base through effective data collection for the loyalty program.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of products, promotions, and events to enhance customer interactions.
  • Creates a positive shopping experience by treating all customers and colleagues with respect and fairness.
  • Ensures adequate floor coverage, acknowledging every customer and prioritizing their needs.
  • Remains productive throughout the shift by utilizing downtime for restocking and maintaining visual displays.
  • Punctually attends scheduled shifts and demonstrates flexibility in availability.
  • Understands personal and store sales objectives.
  • Adheres to all operational guidelines and procedures.
  • Follows management directives to maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory replenishment.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Enthusiastic and positive demeanor.
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Outgoing and personable attitude, fostering a welcoming environment.
