As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will engage with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to innovation and excellence in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and engage in projects aimed at enhancing Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Operational Efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze productivity metrics and costs, initiating improvement projects as necessary.
- Support daily manufacturing operations within your designated area.
- Understand customer requirements and assess process capabilities to ensure alignment.
- Utilize your expertise to assist with special projects that arise, providing broad support to the site and department.
- Report on project implementation, costs, and progress to management.
- Continuously enhance your technical skills by networking with resources across the organization.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering or Science discipline.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications that may enhance your candidacy include:
- Experience with plastic molding processes.
- A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with DMAIC and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Work Environment:
This role may involve occasional travel and may offer relocation assistance. Candidates must be authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
