Job Description

Our company provides professional association management services to Homeowner and Condominium Associations. We are seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee the daily operations and beautification of our assigned community portfolio.

This role involves assisting with specific needs of the communities administratively, financially, and operationally, while adhering to governing documents and addressing requests in a timely manner.

  • We coordinate with The Board of Directors for each community to develop a strategy for successful operations.
  • We attend monthly HOA/Condo meetings and conduct routine inspections of communities.
  • As an agent for the community, we negotiate contracts, inspect landscaping, and manage common area projects.

Compensation:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and portfolio assignment
