Marketing Budget Administrator II

We are seeking a skilled Budget Manager for Marketing Campaigns to join our team at TEKsystems. This exciting opportunity involves administering, analyzing, and optimizing the budget for marketing programs across various campaigns, verticals, and partner marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities- Provide operational coordination, support, and consultation to the corporate demand generation team on budget planning and tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing program managers to review their quarterly budget plans, consolidate the plans, and add them to the budget tracking tool.
- Work with marketing managers to track the budget against allocations and help them stay within spend variance on a monthly basis.
- Deploy and track spend on digital marketing activities across regional teams, including SOW review and receiving from regional digital marketers.
- Deliver fluctuation analysis of operational performance (budget to actual, period over period, and forecast to actual) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the budget across programs with marketing managers.
- Engage with operational and organization levels on procurement and accounts payable activities supporting budgeting and monthly forecasting.
- Request purchase orders in the procurement tool for procuring marketing services or products needed by marketing managers.
- Track purchase orders to closure once services or products are successfully procured.
- Work with cross-functional teams from marketing budget and finance to ensure coherent alignment of marketing budget and spend.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 2+ years of business-to-business program marketing experience, preferably in marketing budget administration for technology firms.
- Hands-on experience using spreadsheet tools such as MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of budget management tools like Allocadia and procurement management modules in any ERP software is a plus.
