Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $51,408 - $62,055, based on hourly pay ranges from $24.75 - $30.20 per hour.

Job Description

As a Child Care Teacher at Bright Horizons, you will be responsible for creating and leading engaging activities that cater to the interests and needs of your students. You will also communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's day.

You will be expected to maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following established procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED required
  • Have early childhood coursework, EEC certification, or a degree required
  • Have at least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
