Job Title: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. As a Registered Nurse in the PICU, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to critically ill children and their families.

Job Summary:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children in the PICU, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric critical care.
  • Collaborate with the PICU team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
  • Participate in unit-based committees and quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and unit operations.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 6 months of Registered Nurse experience
