Position: IT Project Manager
Location: Hybrid Remote
Duration: 3 Months with Potential for Extension

- Act as the primary liaison for all JIRA, SMP, and mailbox intake processes.
- Participate in all planning and stand-up meetings related to demand, capacity, service management, product ownership, and product management.
- Coordinate committee meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and minutes documentation.
- Monitor and report on intake requests from initiation to completion.
- Manage ServiceNow and report on configuration items and requests.
- Oversee JIRA issues, boards, and provide management and reporting on epics, stories, and timelines.
- Engage in project and program meetings and track action items.
- Prepare status reports for teams and strategic reports for senior leadership.
- Facilitate responses to internal and external audits and assessments.
- Conduct research and analysis, reporting on activities, challenges, and trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- 5 years of experience in strategic project/product management.
- 5 years of expertise in Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams.
- 5 years of knowledge in IT operations, security, and privacy.
- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA.
- 5 years of experience in IT and IT Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
