Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Marketing Assistant to join our team at Coastal Connections Connecticut. As a key member of our Brand Marketing & Promotions team, you will play a critical role in promoting our client's products and services in a given retail territory and assisting with brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our client's services to educate consumers at live events
  • Utilize direct, promotional efforts through local store events and experiential marketing tactics
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Promote our client's products and services in a given retail territory and assist with brand representation
  • Aid efforts of customer acquisition, retention, and sales lead generation by cultivating an exemplary consumer experience
  • Ensure compliance with our client's Brand Marketing Assistant standards

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, promotions/sales, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience as a brand ambassador, sales associate, or event associate is a plus
  • Ability to work full-time hours and occasional weekends
  • Adaptability to change, both in sales mentality and work hours
  • Self-starter with the ability to excel in unsupervised individual tasks and team projects
  • Friendly, outgoing, professional, and confident demeanor
  • Promotions machine with a basic understanding of the sales process and finalizing deals
