Job Title: Associate Brand Manager

BlueTriton is a leading provider of spring and purified water products, offering a diverse portfolio of highly recognizable and responsibly sourced brands.

We are seeking a talented Associate Brand Manager to join our Corporate Teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and innovation to deliver business growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans, addressing all aspects of the marketing mix, including packaging, new product development, and launch.
  • Lead the execution of tactical plans supporting brand objectives, including social and digital communication, public relations, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute key business initiatives, including new items, renovations, and demand initiatives.
  • Participate in Integrated Commercial Planning, supporting key brand initiative implementation within retail channels.
  • Support monthly brand reviews, analyzing market share and shipment performance to identify key root causes and develop actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing for Packaged Goods.
  • Experience with innovation/renovation projects preferred.
  • Cross-functional experience, including sales, research, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong strategic and analytical skills.
