Job Overview:
Fraud Client Services Representatives play a vital role in Bank of America's efforts to protect clients' financial well-being. As a Fraud Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving multi-product fraud-related client requests while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide resolution for client requests related to fraudulent activities.
  • Utilize logic and critical thinking to identify client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Work accurately and efficiently in a contact center environment, toggling between systems and communicating effectively with clients.
  • Record data captured during client interactions accurately and escalate items requiring risk review or further analysis.


Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have 1+ years of customer service experience, including handling difficult client situations. You should also possess bilingual Spanish language skills and be proficient in computer technology. Strong conflict management, active listening, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this position. Additionally, you should be comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Estimated salary: $43,400 - $53,100 per year.
