Job Overview

Unitek Learning is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to lead our accounting team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations, including general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, collections, bad debt reserve, AR write-off, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing leadership and support to the accounting team
  • Developing and maintaining internal controls and SOPs
  • Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 8 + years of accounting experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication, and presentation skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
