Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Operations Manager to lead our financial team in delivering exceptional results. This role will oversee the entire finance function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and driving process improvements across the organization.

Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is $135,000 - $145,000 annually, based on national averages and location considerations.
Job DescriptionThis Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the creation of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with the Regional Controller to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Supporting the Operations SVP and Area VP(s) in client budgeting processes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborating with the finance team to develop and implement process improvements, streamlining financial operations and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations teams and senior management, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft applications and other BI tools, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
