Job Title: Client Services and Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services and Support Analyst to join our team at ANB Systems, a DNV company. As a trusted voice for many of the world's most successful organizations, we use our knowledge to advance safety and performance, set industry benchmarks, and inspire and invent solutions to tackle global transformations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve application packages submitted by installers/customers through the eTRACK+ software system
  • Resolve installer and customer questions and software issues submitted via email and voice mail
  • Contact and speak to installers and customers to clarify their specific issues
  • Provide user training and education
  • Assist with increasing the efficiency of application processing using ANB's document recognition platform
  • Initiate electronic tickets based on user calls and work with customers to resolve issues/questions
  • Assist ANB Project Manager with software changes, business requirements development, testing, and user manual development
Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal IT teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support
