Position Summary:

We are in search of a Cardiac Catheterization RN to join our dedicated healthcare team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of our organization. You will take proactive responsibility and accountability for multiple patients during designated timeframes while adhering to our policies and procedures. You will collaborate with a remarkable team that operates like a family, working together in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee patient care plans.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions as necessary.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
  • Document and execute physician and nursing orders.
  • Evaluate and coordinate patients' discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Current Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license required.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required within six months of hire.
  • Minimum of one year of acute care experience required.
  • Experience in Interventional Cath Lab or critical care preferred.
  • 30-minute call window required.
