We are currently seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Rehabilitation RN to provide care and treatment to adults who are ill, injured, or recovering within our patient-centered care model. In this position, you will be responsible for making clinical assessments and managing treatment independently.

You will collaborate with a remarkable team that strives to support one another while delivering exceptional care to our patients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather comprehensive data relevant to the patient's health or situation.
  • Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
  • Identify expected outcomes for individualized patient care plans.
  • Act as an advocate for patient safety.
  • Ensure effective care and optimal use of time, supplies, and equipment.
  • Educate patients about their medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support to patients and their families throughout their stay.

Requirements:

Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to starting. A minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an Inpatient Rehabilitation setting is preferred. A BSN is preferred. BLS certification (AHA Healthcare provider) is required. CRRN certification is preferred.
